How it Works
Negotiation
After the discovery phase, our team of professionals negotiate on your behalf with an agreed upon list of creditors. Our team does all of the outreach and follow up so you don't have to. We don't stop negotiating until a settlement agreement is reached.
Through our experienced negotiation teams, we only obtain settlements with creditors that are interest free.
Interest on the original debts will still accrue but we help you determine how you will pay the creditors. Whether in lump sums or in monthly installments, our team will guide you and help determine the best plan for your resources and individual circumstance..
The length of the debt settlement process depends upon your ability to pay off the negotiated settlement with each creditor.
Cost
Fees
There are NO UPFRONT FEES
Our fees are only charged after settlement and are assessed based upon 20% of the debt that we save you. In other words, you only pay us a small percentage of what you are already legally obligated to pay to your creditors.
In all cases our company charges no up-front fees.
